I'm always nervous when going to a dealership to look for a car because the sales guys tend to be so slimy, pushy, and aggressive. So my defenses were way up when going in. I was fully prepared to be treated rudely and to be pressured into making a decision. I must say that my attitude changed when I met with my sales rep, Tanny. I felt very comfortable the whole time and he was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. It almost felt like I was talking to a friend instead of someone who was just trying to sell me a car. Even when we were negotiating he was very professional, kind, and listened well. The car I bought was used, but in really great condition and I really feel like I got a great deal! I would highly recommend trying them out!

Amazing service! My dad went in to see the 2025 Honda HR-V and fell in love! The sales Team Nathaniel and Beto were beyond helpful! I've never had such an amazing and friendly car shopping experience. They worked super hard to get us a good deal and we got the best deal possible. My dad walked away happy. We were in and out and even the financing department Manuel was 10/10! I would highly recommend going in and talking to them. It was an experience that I'm thankful for. Dealer should take note of how a good sale goes. Thanks guys!

Wow!!! What an awesome experience today. My partner made an appointment with Abel to see a pre-owned Honda Civic that she saw on their website. To her dismay, it had been sold. She was disappointed until Abel and Nader introduced her to the new love of her life, a brand new 2024 Honda Civic Sport!! She test drove it and fell in love with all of the bells and whistles. There was 0 pressure and 100% of great customer service. Manny, in the finance department, was straightforward and pleasant at the same time. She drove off into the night a happy and satisfied customer. I'd say Long Beach Honda is a winner!
